For standard (registered airmail) shipments, 
the packages can only be tracked once it leaves the origin country and once it arrives at the local post office in the destination country. This means, international registered airmail can not be tracked day-by-day like EXPRESS shipments.

Standart shipping means that your order will be wrapped in protective paper bags and will be mailed out using the International Registered Airmail service. This service is handled by governmental postal companies in each country (E.G: USPS within the U.S, CanadaPost in Canada, etc). Delivery of your registered airmail will take place in between 4-12 days of shipment, depending on your country. Also please keep in mind that the post office will not release Registered Airmail packages without your signature. This means, if there's no one present at your address at the time of delivery, your package will not be left on the backdoor or in your mailbox by the postman. Instead, you will probably receive a notice indicating that there's a package addressed to you which you'll be able pick up at your local post office. Items are shipped from our Istanbul office. The shipped items will require a recipient signature to validate it has arrived to its destination. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically before you checkout. 

Tracking your order
Turkish Towel Store send shipping notification to all our clients that includes the package tracking number.

The Registered shipping can be tracked only after the carriers enter information which can take almost as shipping time. However, to confirm that your package has already left our Europe office and to see whether it has been attempted to be delivered at your address, you may use the relevant website (as for your country) indicated . Tracking can be made using your country main post service

Since your payment is received, is means that our system also has received and queued your order. Please wait for our shipment confirmation email. The shipment confirmation email is sent within 1 business day of order for standart shipping and 1 business day of order for express shipping. 
(FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS: Shipping time changes according to your order quantity, however they are usually prepared in one week after receiving the payment.)

We will not be responsible for any late delivery arising from factors beyond our control.

Returns Policy

 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
