How to make Turkish coffee;

Before all else, a turkish coffee cup of water and a teaspoon of turkish coffee for each person is put into the coffee pot. If you want to make medium-sweet coffee one sugar for each person or if you want to make sweet coffee two sugars for each person are added. This combination is only mixed at the beginning of boiling process. When the water just about to boil the foam grows around of the coffee. The foam taken with a teaspoon and put into Turkish coffee cups. Then, the coffee is poured into the cups. It is served with Turkish delight or chocolate.
